This development was a Grade II listed Victorian property, which was a former office block. Desper Developments sympathetically converted the property into seven leasehold apartments.

Upshire, Essex

Desper Developments acquired a former working pig farm and converted the barns into three large four bedroom properties. The barns are approached along a private driveway and shared communal access. The barns were finished to Desper Developments' usual high standard.

Coopersale, Essex

The development was a former working Dairy Farm and converted into one large five bedroom property and the stable block was converted into a four bedroom property with private access road and large landscaped gardens. Great emphasis was placed on the quality of the materials and finishes.
